1940s BREITLING 18K CHRONOGRAPH VINTAGE WATCH
Here is a rare and sophisticated Breitling Chronograph watch in excellent condition, showing only minimal wear over the years. The complicated factory-original finish dial has developed a pleasing age and patina.
It is powered by a high-grade, fully serviced Venus caliber 150 manual-wind chronograph movement, which shares the same caliber as many other sought-after timepieces and well-respected in the watch community. The model's serial number is 480332, dating this watch to 1940s.
The acrylic crystal is in excellent condition, and the original crown is unsigned. The case is 18k rose gold and is in excellent shape featuring unique taper stepped lugs. The case model is 775 and measures 35.5 mm in diameter (excluding the crown) and 42 mm from lug tip to lug tip.
This watch will come with a new 18 mm genuine leather strap. The wrist size shown in the photo is 6 inches. This is a very rare Breitling reference that once sold may not resurface again for a very long time.
